Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original commercial packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized freight or parcel carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
